@jacinkoland - Like all good investment decisions, it pays to do your own research and come up with your own opinion about the company's capabilities and potential. Most of us on this board probably started off the same way with AKP, and invested the time and money to truely understand whether there is more to this than some pretty investor pack and video.

In my opinion, this company realistically shouldn't be public listed. The ASX disclosure laws don't really suit the type of development and commercial process necessary for a disruptor of a core technology application. Notionally, most dealings have to be kept secret - whether it's internally focused, or with potential customers (under strict NDAs). This leaves the stock open for criticism (eg. especially the lack of communications) and speculation. Disregard that... and look to where the core value is... in the IP.

Audiopixels have a multitude of patents (both pending and granted). One only has to try to comprehend some of these to obtain a degree of confidence in relation to the engineering nuance of the company. Then look at the patent families (eg. group of related patents). Audiopixels has truely invented new ways to produce sound, at least on paper. Their patents also extend into other areas of MEMS. AKP would be called out on its credibility if the patent papers didn't stack up. There has been no contrary positions from any other experts in their field in respect to their patent inventions.... a good sign.

A stock with no real revenue but with a market cap in the mid $600M says that there is a hell of a lot of value in that IP. The recent announcements in relation to fabrication partners also suggests that the technology is replicable, and capable production-wise. Now the real test is in the commercialisation aspects of the technology, and this is likely to take a while to progress.

It is highly unlikely we will know in advance which OEM manufacturers will be using the AKP chips, until the devices are ready to be sold.
