Hi Mitta, funds hold a fair bit however I think the recent sell down to 20c level was that effect - the funds easily saw this coming and aren't about to react now imo. Other factor is just what value they put on NTA at the moment - used to be about 27c so already some discounting going on for risk. But hey who knows right? I like the Co, know their products through the caravan park side and feel they have been unfairly hammered for being complete dill's with their forecasting. Should return to profit as just not enough competitors in this industry to fill their boots - too much work on. Watch that exchange rate though, a strong $A doesn't help their competitiveness in quoting and winning jobs as they manufacture in OZ. would be good for the bottom line to import more of their materials/pre-fab. Good for NOD but bad for the country imo. :-)
