i agree jeannine, i think mr de belle will top up so that he has at least 2 million shares at hand and we still have mr blakeman and mr kraemer to top up on shares and options.

but if dumbird is correct in saying that directors involved in negotiations that are in possession of unpublished price sensitive information are not allowed to buy securities in the company he/she works for then definitely mr kraemer wont be topping up... but thats not to say mr kraemer aint telling his mates at the pub wink wink...
