In this case probably not Purdy, as he was merely exercising options, i.e he held them anyway.
The ruling you are referring to I believe is buying/selling of NEW shares.
Interesting one and I wouldn't mind knowing if what I am saying is actually the case. For no other reason than just to know the ruling on the options conversion by directors.
Very positive that he is converting though.
