    pretty obvious reason Streeter is buying, guy has seen the price of WSA skyrocket, and realises he is worth more than he can count to (over 100 mio) and so doesnt really care one way or the other what price he pays. He probably sucks in a few 'traders' also who think if Streeter is buying 90K worth (out of his 100 mio) then they must be worth something more.......
    Get over it!
