perhaps I misunderstood the Xstrata deal:
AVB to give Xstrata:
Shares totalling 15% of AVB.
$120 million over the course of a year upon commercial production.
1-2% royalty on NSR.
A seat on the board.
Xstrata to give AVB:
100% of Pedra Branca Project
A few exploration licenses in adjoining land.
