Its not springtree nature to sell off market ocka. Never known a institution to dump large number on the market without any bad news released.( and i wouldnt classified the amount as a large number for a insto or company lending finance for shares)
Springtree tend to drip fee the share they get and if any institution had to dump 150k of shares on the market for a tax loss, then i would suggest they are in real strife and wont be around much longer. Also remember, spring tree isnt an Aust Company, so their books wouldnt be closing off .
Personally i think it was one of the other directors, that voted against NMDC. He has ties with the Chinese and his decision voting against them, probably left him in a different direction and offloaded his share to Sharon.
Sharon increased her holdings and the shares stay in the loop for now. JMO
