    I think you blokes need to read that document FAR MORE CAREFULLY. ...and I hope you pay closer attention to other market news than you paid to this. And maybe do some math at the same time.

    It is NOT an on market buy nor is it at a MARKET price. He is paying 5c and it is an off-market share purchase agreement
