I would have thought they will not be able to meet an end of year commitment - although i would like them to.
Sounds like they have no ore at port as what they had there was used as "base".
Sounds like the ore they are getting out of the ground is not much chop, and they will need to purchase and set up some treatment facility. I would have thought this would take some time.
And also they have now conceded they are going to have to buy ore off third parties to get a shipment together. Putting aside what effect this will have on profits, I would have thought this again will be a slow process in setting up the relevant facilities and then negotiating the relevant supply agreements.
Its only 6 months to end of year now. Not sure what effect, if any, the weather has on mining in India and whether that will come into play too.
Lets no-one get too excited that NSL might meet an end of year commitment...
