Given the company's unfortunate history of secrecy and flowery announcements, the odds are my favour that this is nothing more than another smoke and mirrors trick.
I sincerely hope you are correct in your belief. I am down a bundle on VIL. I didn't say the purchase was made to stop the slide. My comment was "to prop up the SP" ie. to keep it where it was or suck investors into buying.
Regardless of what the trend was doing at the time of the purchase, if there is good news coming, don't you think that his purchase would have more than a piddly $11250 worth of stock?
