1, MHM's director buying at 24c is 12 days before its significant ann out. (my reply to some posters mentioned the inside news issue)

2, Although many people give me thumb down for my previous post mentioned "in the middle of"

"Mantle and its consultants are in the middle of
reviewing historical exploration and drilling data for the
area to ensure the company can initiate its own
exploration work as soon as its EPCs are granted."

I still believe this is the most important reason our directors keep buying on the market.

"In the middle" means they already got lot of information of TEXAS COAL...they know more details than anyone else, and they already know once the EPCs granted, together with a 200-600 million tonnes target announcement, the SP will settle between 20-30c.

    Based on my experience,

1, the directors of course will buy shares when they know some positive inside news.

2, the director may buy shares when they just have full confidence with the company.

3, but the director never buy shares when they know sth negative---I never see this happen in last 10 years.

    Sometimes, commonsense works well.

    good luck!
