Mkt seems to have ignored this ann, recent price weakness suggests s/t buyers looking for quick ann have had to sell out. But for l/t buyers, its a positive ann: a new Chairman (only appointed 8/3/11) buying at 24c, not long after the issue at 20c. As Chairman, by now he would be well aware of the negotiations underway re Coburn, so for l/t holders it seems just a matter of hanging in there. After 8 years, its worth waiting a few more weeks so the company can secure the best deal.
