40cents per share might see it sold off lock stock and barrell,but might guess is that some interested parties out there only want certain parts of the business ie. equipment and NOT cranes FOR BELOW VALUE PRICES WITH ANOMINITY and this might be the sticking points as to why a deal has not been struck much sooner rather than later.

better value elsewhere as long term future somewhat in doubt due to the no spend on equipment,the unwinding of the resources boom,competitive pressures from other market participants a slowing china anad the real potential of a GFC#2 to put finanace pressures on the business model.
