    Bill Gair's vision was a failure! I think tvl will now become like webjet. I think full service will go. Expect many staff to go replaced by servers. If it cant be processed online it wont be sold. I think tvl has around 50 - 60 staff. Maybe that will drop to around 20. Clicks only.

    They have to take a different approach. The current one has proven again and again to be unprofitable.
