Last time they announced a change in holding they still had around 12% of the shares on issue going by my rather poor memory. Why would they not just keep selling down?

they might. they do have plenty of ammunition left to keep repressing the sp if they want to. they _might_ take their foot off the pedal if (a) they foresee an upcoming positive shift in the markets, and/or (b) they foresee an upcoming game-changing announcement coming from the company.
