    I note with interest that a director of CRS, R. Berven added to his holdings recently (6/12/02) through the acquisition of an additional 80,000 shares at an average price of 83 cents.

    The stock is holding up well and is still in uptrend.

    As a long term holder of CRS I see no reason to sell as I believe, for patient holders, the rewards will be forthcoming.

    2003 should be a good year for CRS shareholders.
