Director buying on market has never been a bad thing, as to why at these prices?

Could it be that the underwriter has effectively funded the remaining projects, and MW knows a bargain when he sees one.
I don't know at this point, and I don't have any qualms with proceedings what I see as a neutral position at this stage of the development, but I wouldn't be putting my neck out with "horror stories" like some are so quick to.

As to pockets, - at these prices these "traders" must have pretty small pockets and don't mind a risk.
