What are the rules of a director buying with regard to timing of announcements etc? It must be difficult to find a window to buy in if you are involved in a company that is actively developing, you would know what is coming up well before it happens. I assume it must be something along the lines of a director can buy if they have given enough indication to the market that whatever is coming through will not be out of the blue?
