Director buying has been on market during the 6 week window following the last report, also they stitched up an on market purchase of the 1.8M shares sold by QML, an indication they are trying to see shares go into the hands of parties they know. this was backed up by the arrangement they put in place to secure 1.5M options which expired on 20/4/06 for select company employees. These options had been held by Bankwest, but the company did not want the situation of these shares being sold on market by Bankwest.
Talk about tightly held stock.....If the directors can't snap them up, they are breaking their neck to see the company employees pick them up instead. Makes accumulating a decent parcel on market pretty challenging at the low volumes it trades.
Just as well I concluded my buying accumulation 12 months ago :-)
