    why is eddy and other directors buying $$millions worth of stock....

    Wbuffet, this is no Enron...

    You only sink $$ into your company when you as the CEO or director (who know more than any dumb punter or analyst) believe your coy is a)undervalued and b) going places.....

    If ABC had accounting issues, eddy would be dumping his stock.

    The fact of the matter is, at this price ABC is probably a target for private equity.
