the reason is they are newly listed and having to prove themselves to the market, which these anns are starting to do.
look at EZL for example. same industry, but it took a while until it got noticed and then it climbed steadily.
plus the fact that over 60% is held by top 20 means that it is illiquid which puts off a lot of day traders. which is good as it means you dont get big spikes a dips, making it a good long term investment.
