The way I see it, the Directors are buying because they know the price won,t hang around these levels for long, obviously the market is putting VCR on the radar now and if you don,t know why its rising, then I don,t think you have been around on this thread or doing your research, otherwise you wouldn,t be asking these questions.

The market in general and or Funds are buying in, so are the Directors and so are other Investors who know what is about to unfold.
