Dont get too excited to me its just the directors buying small parcels of shares that have created some interest.Itll be traded back down to lower levels once people realise that it was directors on huge salaries buying as a token effort to try and create some stimulus in the companies share price .As has been mentioned on this site many times the companies PR and lack of lazy directors sitting on there hands doing sweet FA to promote a good product is there fault why the SP has been in the doldrums.
