Granted that the directors buying small parcels isn't justification to such a SP increase but who really cares. The market has changed its view on VCR and thats all that matters. 4.5 million shares traded today alone indicates that there was some good buying today.

Technically speaking, VCR is looking great. We will have a pullback at some point but I think it will keep nudging higher and higher in the months to come.
