Hey Spider; spoken like a true MMX holder!

Certainly Mitsubishi did put 150 on the table after which, a truck load of info was being released into the court process, that I would not be too surprised to learn, they were hearing for the first time. At least Benny did buy in the full knowledge of the associated risks.

One only needs to track back through the early historical posts on HC and, the ASX, to ascertain that there was at least (in the opinion of certain well credentialed learned counsel), some substance to the claims.

Fortunately for all of us, and in particular my fellow CHM holders, there will have to be some direction given following the mediation process. After all, we may be bothers in arms at the MMX Christmas Party one day!

Now wouldn't that be fun to try and identify the posters....
