Cebu is still very prospective territory . JAPEX has been doing work offshore , and OEL has the other side ready to drill . GGX has the spread onshore between the two , and there is a future here , but drilling takes money . In the right hands , a few wells in a campaign could be a company maker . Gas is needed in Cebu and surrounding islands as they burn expensive fuel oil to power electricity .
