director buying....

hi all..
notice director buying 720,758 shares, good sign.
i'd just be very careful dft has had a fantastic rise in the past week or so. might be close to taking a rest or falling back.
at its current price today i'd say is over priced, and needs a break, so dont get caught.
they also have dftoa, again its just timing.
perhaps they might have a good future, but at this point s/p is a little over the top.
