Yes, story in the SMH yesterday. Rather involved situation but the TNG link looks pretty tenuous to me. Still who knows with our wonderful legal system. Having been through litigation I know strange things can happen... and then there can always be an appeal!
At the Brisbane presentation, NGB said cash burn was quite low with all or most of the staff gone and the directors doing the spadework. That's all very well but I have to agree the chances of a small miner getting project finance in the foreseeable future are somewhere between zero and a very small number.
I have now given up (OK capitulated) on TNG and have only a token holding.
