winecollector, he didn't pay $9.9k to transfer, that is just the value of the shares themselves with relevance to when they were bought. As I said and many others here, he has prob switched it from a private entity or fund to his own account and they were shares that were part of the SPP from earlier this year hence the value being 1.5c.
nicto, The private entity would not have had to issue a notice as it prob isn't a substantial holder change or in a directors name.
