I had just bought quite a few of VSG just before the merger announcement.I liked the turnaround position of VSG.Since the meger announcement CCE has lost ground[8% today].I am like you I am now not sure about the market value or operation of the combined entity.In my view VSG is being valued on its stand alone basis now and the appointment of new distibutors will increase the VSG sp for the moment.The merger is probably months away before completion but I cannot see this benefiting VSG very much.Director buying has always been a significant guide to me when buying shares.Cheers
