director buys big

I know that FQ watches this page and it is easier to obtain a response via this site!
Correct me if i am wrong...
690,000,000 new shares issued at todays sp equates to $158,700,000!!!
Now that is an issue on top of the previous issue to the same party.
Maybe this is the reason why this sp goes no where.
I am trying not to be critical of a company that i am a shareholder of but i find this difficult to come to grips with.
I have traded in low cap resources for some time but never experienced this level of issue to related parties in my life!
