    looks like the sellers have mis-read today's announcement as Nick Garling has bought another 61,000 shares on market.

    hahaha........i would be paying more attention to NG's signal to the market that MCO is a buy, then the signal from today's sellers who followed each other while blinded by the apparition of a dust storm.
