Here are the questions that I asked:

Please provide clarification on the following matters:-

1. What is happening with the resource definition that was supposed to be ready by the end of the year as per the December 10 update?
2. Is the company mining at the moment?
3. If so when is the first shipment of ore expected? In a phone conversation I had with Mr Cedric Goode back in June 2010 I was informed that the first shipment would be no later that the end of 2010. Now there is no mention in the latest updates as to when this might happen?
4. What is happening with the mining licence upgrade for the Kuja mine?
5. If the company is mining, how much ore has been stockpiled?
6. What is happening with the transport issues for the ore to port?
7. What is happening with the legal action regarding the $500000 loan to the director?

So please tell me which of those questions are commercially sensitive and are answered in past updates???
