The two week rule has alot of grey area IMO. If a deal was struck with the Chinese (That's what we are waiting for isn't it?...forgot) tomorrow, they can't with-hold that info till the 28th. Assume ASIC would investigate to see if insider knowledge was used to aquire the shares or not.

Somehow I thinks it is going to be another extention. 6 (Aus) business days left before an already twice? extended promise lapses.

Things dont seem to happen last minute with NSL except for excuses/extensions. Happy to be proven wrong Cedric!
