If HW3 is commercial it is very unlikely that JKA will buy COE's 30%. We simply could not afford it. Someone may even bid for JKA's 15%!

OF course if this find reaches reserve status then borrowing money for a purchase becomes a possibility.
However, say COE books reserves of 30mmbbls...@ $10 bbl in ground value. The numbers get pretty big! and they are selling not just HW3 but the whole tenement with all its potential leads.
But what it will do is set a value for JKA's 15% when it is eventually sold.
