zz fair comments ive had a think and perhaps these are some answers..

say I am an investor wanting to buy 1-5 million dollars worth of the shares. If i buy JPR it could go to 30cents with one buy, now lets say there are 2 of us wanting to buy similar volumes...seems cheaper for me to buy via the IPO.

Sure small volume buyers buy via JPR.

Perhaps as a short term investor current market conditions might not be favorable but in the big picture its a blimp on the radar.

What has oil done in the last 3 years and what will it do in the next 3 years? Will it be lower than it is currently? Based on history what is it likely to do?

When JPR starts producing it will do in 1 year what SBI does in 2.5 years.

In 3 years producing at full capacity JPR will produce 750TPA SBI will only produce 300TPA.

But yet JPR is listing at 50% less than SBI did!?!
