I dont see why he would, & I dont see why he keeps buying more!
They could have kept the whole deal private and not even bothered listing INR in the first place.
So why list INR, add Avondale into GUJ, take over GUJ, do this with all their own cash, and then take out GNM & go private?
They may as well have stayed private in the first place.
As for "Big daddy" Mr Jagatramka, he only has about 1.8 mil shares, he would need $1 bill to buy out the rest, so not feasible.
The only thing I can think of, is that he sees GNM as good value.
