It is telling us that they are usless, if they were that smart they would have bought under $25, to me it looks like they are trying to prop up the price before it drops below $20.
Remember rampers the directors bought amlost 7 million dollars of NLX from 35c to 11c, it is now 5c, means nothing at all, BHP will still go under
