Tartak bought $20M worth of shares at $1.900 in 2017.
Obviously, the MC at $1.90 in 2017 is less than the MC in 2019 at same $1.90 since more shares have been issued since.
Does that means it would be harder for the SP to reach back $1.90 as of now than it was to reach in 2017 since now valuation and expectations will be higher.
