Hey Champ,
BMN issued a radiometric survey last week and that survey covers that area up for dispute. The area surveyed does not cover the current area being drilled.
I find it funny that you can issue a license to only drill for certain "rocks". I think thats where BMN have previously sought some legal advice over. IMHO.
