lewis cross has purchased shares in gdn and wcu 3 times since he joined gdn. The first time was 50 000 shares at 82 cents which he still holds.
The 2nd time was the announcement that came through yesterday that said that he had purchased 250 000 more shares around 7.2 cents on the 11th of march. His average is now around 19 cents to break even.
He also has been the first director to purchase shares in wcu on market since listing which was for 50 000 shares at 20 cents, the day after the announcement of his purchase which happened 5 days earlier an announcement about the planned start for drilling on the daneros project was released. This is meant to of started yesterday with plans to having news in early april on the results.
Today wcu released another announcement about 2 new board members, one is kelly shumway who has connections with the federal bureau of land management, other mining and oil and gas companies, and local government and private businesses. This may or may not help but with connections with the blm it has to be seen as a positive as she might or might not be able to help push approvals along or work with them to help with fixing any issues that may be preventing either gdn or wcu continuing with their projects.
The other new board member is melvin swanson, he has 35 years of experience and has had lengthy involvement in the underground uranium mining operations in utah.
Both seem to bring something to the company that will help both companies benefit.
Just my opinion on looking at those 2 board members.
