i was in fremantle today,its ina great spot on the strip.across the road from fremantles biggest nightclub so thats gets pretty busy.from the outside it doesnt look near ready.still gota b plastered and painted and stuff.but if u can c in side it is pretty much done.i think having that balcony wich looks pretty big and will b looking over the street should be pretty popular.c wat happens,i cant c y people keep selling this down.with opening next month buying shuld be a lot better than it is.and getting the sp up isnt going to be easy.there is a lot of pressure at 12c.dnt get y people r selling.
