director dealings

a quick comment on the equity deals for directors/management... there were many on here who were squealing about it... but not sure why ??if u look at the conditions and price levels then one can see that they are neither in the money nor are they easily obtainable...i think that for the MDs 4.5mill; 1.5mill he gets if he completes a farmout or farmin transaction within 12 months and if the sp is 50% higher...
the next 1.5mill lot is similar deal expect that the sp must be 75% higher,
and the third lot is if he is still in employment after 12 months etc...
i also understood that the price for the complete 4.5mill batch is 29c...
(so 50% higher means 43,5c, and 75% higher means 50.75c)...so am not too sure wot the issue is from some of the posters ??i see this as a fantastic incentive for management to ensure the company not only survives thru a potential morocco duster but also builds over the next 12 months...
