    And so for the successful takeover of Brockman Resources, Warren Beckwith is rewarded with a seat on the WNI board!

    As I said many times, this guy should NEVER have been speaking to the media on behalf of Brockman shareholders! He held 0 BRM shares but WNI options and now look......clearly he had an agenda to persuade Brockman shareholders to accept the WNI offer.

    I suppose all that is above board and legal too.
