Actually, what was interesting in that announcement is that Luk has been replaced as Chairperson of the Board at Wah Nam. Seems the big billionaire tycoon that backed the takeover has now taken the lead role and obviously looking to increase his worth. Not sure if Luk was pushed or went willingly. Anyway it would seem that the new Chair is looking to make money on his investment, which should bode well for those of us that have ended up with WNI scrip.
