Why wouldn't director sell , take a profit and pay low tax on profit and take up options, no brainer. Does not indicate any problem with company. Good company to buy I believe particularly on share price weakness. Given the Old age home business will never disappear and the value added of the MRI scanning company sending all those nursing home patients along for scans to see if dementia is setting in. The company is a money machine IMHO.
