In hindsight maybe he pre-empted this market drop. Most would agree directors have a high(er) accountability to shareholders. But we may fail to forget sometimes that they are also real people, and may need money for mortgage, family expenses,travel, etc.

The amount is chicken feed in the scheme of things. I would be more concerned if Iggy and Redhead started selling.

Would be interesting if some key holders waded in again. ie. Those with deep pockets digging deeper. SP has had a steady lack of support. Holders appear to have had funds sucked out of them from the raising.

In blanket sell downs all stocks suffer, as they say the baby going with the bath water. The raising seems untimely now, but the macro issues with all blow over in time. And we will again be able to focus on company fundamentals.
