Just wondering if Mr Munroe and other associated parties will be in line to receive any payments ? From recollection Directors salaries were temporarily suspended pending the outcome of The Company - I am not sure what date the salaries were suspended and how much they are receiving per month in particular Mr Munroe ? So in the event of The Company relisting in some form are these salaries that have been on hold for almost two years automatically paid out to The Directors once the suspension is lifted ? There was an announcement about six months ago that stated " that the obligations and reporting responsibilities of The Directors have been deferred so as The Board would appear to be devoid of any responsibilities or obligations during this time period are they still legally entitled to be back paid for this time period when The Company was under the control of the Administrators or will the Board be automatically remunerated for the whole period of time once the Company relists ? It has been estimated that Mr Munroe in particular could possibly have been paid in excess of 2500+ per week so if he has been accruing this amount for the last year and half he could look forward to a significant pay out once or if the Company relists and he is re appointed his seat on the Board . Hopefully after an extended layoff and the prospect of receiving a generous remuneration package he is eager to get back in the Chair and turn The Company around .
