Exercised 1.53m oppies @ 20 cents = $306K
So he was net cash from the transaction just $150K (& who knows, maybe he's waiting for a retrace to spend that too?)
The GREAT point about this type of transaction by a director is that he is pumping working capital into the company TODAY whereas if he sits on the oppies until exercise date (like everyone else) the capital is unrealised.
I personally hope he exercises even more of his options (to inject even more working capital) & sells a few of his existing heads to finance it, because then there will be a bit more liquidity for other buyers of the heads.
It's all good in my view
