Hi Joenes, can a non-shareholder call an extra-ordinary general meeting?
Of course there are many companies (besides SYR) where the major main shareholders sit on the board and some with executive power.
These Directors and Executives have invested money and time and efforts into the Company. They of course have the right to decide on most major issues confronting the Company.
If you have the resources to be in their shoes, you would want to exercise your right too.
